Thought I would take the time to write and thank you and HSP Travel generally for what turned out to be a marvellous holiday at a very competitive price.

From the time of our first enquiry through to your accommodation staff in both Adelaide and Melbourne the customer service was so warm, friendly and efficient that it deserves special recognition. The GrayLine coach tours at both locations were also very well organised and staffed, and HSP voucher holders were particularly well treated and respected. The evening meals also gave a nice range of standards and opportunities and generally we walked away having eaten too much but thinking what a wonderful experience that was. These suppliers also treated HSP vouchers holders very well indeed and it was obvious throughout our whole trip that your organisation has considerable respect in the industry. Our accommodation in Adelaide was very good and the service standards high, and while Melbourne's accommodation may still "have a little way to go" the efforts of Bob and Virginia to serve their guests was so outstanding that it could make up for any shortfall in any other area.

As a result of our experiences we are now considering a 3 stop Queensland holiday with HSP Travel in late July/August next year, and continue to happily and confidently recommend HSP Travel to family and friends.
